Esel Mann might have a point. If the lights circuitry is incorrectly tied in to a GFCI outlet branch - that might have tripped and the results would be your symptoms. Can you pull one of the dimmers out and carefully measure to see if it has a hot wire (black) feeding it? If everything is dead, it might a GFCI outlet. I'm assuming you've already checked breakers and any that are not fully On - flip it all the way to Off then back to On.
