6200 and 6420 are no longer supported, but work fine if you find one.
6201 and 6425 are the new versions, slightly smaller and with a better cabling system.
The 6200/6201 are the "6A" version, the 6420/6425 are the "6AL" vesion.

6200/6201 have no rev limiter. 6240/6425 have a rev limiter. Nice to have that...

Streetfire 5520 is smaller and lower powered, but still plenty for any stock aircooled 911. Much smaller than the 6A/AL, rev limiter, solid state electronics (might survive heat and vibration better?) and black instead of red.

6421 is the 6AL with a a dual stage rev limited (launch control), 6530 is the 6AL with programmable advance control.
