Well, the wife owner's answer was that he would never get that one, which was good for me as I pass the interview with flying colour even though I did not offer the asking price

Turn out we had lots in common, same Porsche dream since we were kid, same age, both married divorcees that were 5 years older and so on.

To make things more leery, when he got home after delivering the car with his wife in tow, he called and ask me is my neighbour were Donna & Gary (which they were)???

His wife recognized the street name and check her address book and it turn out she and Donna were neighbour a few years prior to her divorce but stayed friends. He went on to tell me that Donna had celebrate her 50th birthday riding in the back seat. The next day, Donna saw the car in the drive way and told me she rode the car before I did.

Its a small world.
