porsche sc to rs
Few months back I bought a 1979 sc with 16000 miles,mint condition.now the trick is it has a what I believe RSR engine,the work was done in 1986, with upgrades brakes and bilstein suspension.the car is like original,no rust,basically new.i have been looking for a sc to convert to an RS like everybody's dream.should I keep it like it is or go for it as the engine work is already done.the guy spent 30 k in 1986 to upgrade it 3.1L=296hp.that car is faster than my 1997 4S,a blast to drive( going to Watkins glen soon).collector car or the right platform for an RS..thx
