342 miles and now I filled the tank
18.23 mpg ~ 12.5 L/100km. Not bad with E85 and tuning with autotune and VEAL so lots of WOT runs too. My earlier good tune went to trash can as I found a torn vacuum line but now its good again and I even have a normal idle vacuum at 37kpa now.
Still no idle VE or idle valve, only hand throttle.

Lots of 40-50mph swinging backroads and since the engine pulls really good on fourth even on low revs I usually run in fourth if there are no hills or overtaking. 275/40-17 R888 at the back so no help there.

Best I got on E10 was 26 or 28. 18 with E85 is astounding! Good job!

26-28? With a flat six turbo?

I think its doable on steady 50 mph on E85 too but steady is not fun. I’ve dialed all vacuum areas to 14.5afr to see if 3d map has any odd spots so it can get better with 15.5 to 16 which runs fine too. Timing is up to 45 IIRC on light cruise.
Having one gauge for mpg is nice with ms3pro. Does not work on idle as it get its data from vss speed signal and injectors. I think I have a broken head stud (leaks on cyl3 area)or its very loose. I hoped it was breather seal but it was clean.

EFI is great. Lean it out, increase timing to match and get better mileage.

gas mileage with my MS3 Pro conversion is great... must be 20% better than what I was getting with the old system. Hard to drive conservatively though...

This tank has already 415 miles in it. It must be almost done as first gear WOT got some odd taper and jikes the log showed low fuel pressure!!!!
Has anyone istalled a surgetank or what its called for these kind of situations?
