Back in the Turbo Game

I've been without a 930 for over a year after selling my 89 to a pro athlete. Felt like I lost my identity. Picked up this real 505 930 last weekend. Far from stock but all mods including the DP front spoiler and G50 5 speed tastefully done. I'm super excited to have found it!

Is the gearing different than the 89? If so how do you like it?
Beautiful car.

Slant here as well, love the front air dam!
Looks like a Garretson intercooler. G50 is a really nice mod to have found given the effort and $ it takes to do it correctly. Beautiful car, has to be a blast to drive!

Mike

I had an 88 turbo a few years ago with a non turbo G 50 and preferred the gearing to the 89 turbo G50-50. This car also has the non turbo gearing.

My other turbos were converted to efi. This has a long list of Andial mods made a few years ago including the Garretson I/C. With coilovers all around and lowered it really is a nice handling 930.

My 89 that was sold had an efi motor done by Rothsport dynoed at525. I'm guessing this one is around 450 hp with the Andial mods. The powerband builds surprisingly quickly and I am pleased with the performance.
