finally cracked it open

Started with the RSR bushings couple years back, but didn't want to install them on dirty a arms, and always thought as long as the arms are coming apart coil overs should be installed but the car was running great and it was summer and I don't have an alignment shop and bleeding brakes is a real pita so maybe take it apart over the winter. But there's no heat in the garage and really need to change the cv boots... Any of this sound familiar or is it just me? Got everything together aside from brake lines and plated pieces coming from Shaun at Tru6. Just got the powder coating back. With the spare 930 twin plug engine tin cerakoted (also been sitting for three years) Before shot:

I did that a long time ago..... Shaun just finished my oil tank and replating a lot of suspension stuff and fasteners. getting ready to ship my fuel and oil lines for replating.

he should have my fan/housing done this coming week.

my 78 930 conversion was done leaving the suspension and brakes stock SC.

picked up a set of RSR raised spindle struts and front/back revalved bilsteins along with a set of 930 calipers.

staying with rubber bushings as it will be mainly a street car with an occasional DE event.

tub going on a rotisserie soon. I still have a LONG way to go. just pulled the engine from my 951 to rebuild....

good luck.

Yeah right? You know if you spread your irrational purchases and fiscal irresponsibility out over a couple of years it's much more palatable.

Wow. I did the whole interior glass out when I got the car, already eyeballing a set of EW cams to really wake up my head work. But I digress... Your parts look great! Gotta keep it moving!
