77 930 AAV Vacuum Hoses Routing
Hey guys my 77 930 had the AAV vacuum connected from the upper intake to a port on the lower intake, not to the base of the Cold Start Injector. The cold start inyector base was modified to remove the hose inlet. If the AAV connects to the base of the injector, what is that other intake port for? Should I leave like that or should I connect con the injector base and cap the other? Does it make a better start up A/F mixture to have the air close to the injector or really makes no difference. Here is a pic of the way it was intalled when we dropped the engine.

That is actually the AAR (regulator) connected by braided hose, it looks like the AAV is missing and all that plumbing removed. Shouldn't make any difference how the AAR is routed around the throttle as far as function is concerned.
