930 Rebuild, What Should I Expect?

Hi, I purchased a 930 From Arizona 18 months ago with the motor out of the car.
I have finally got around to stripping it for a rebuild and to my surprise it has,

Web Cams 40
Ported heads, twin plug
Polished rods
8.25:1 forged pistons
k27 turbo
Shuffle pinned and line bored case that has been ported/polished and cylinders matched

I am wondering if anyone can tell me what hp and torque i should expect?

Also while i have it apart any worthwhile modifications i should make?

Thanks

cross drill the crank for better oiling to 2 and 5.

EFI

$$$ is in the machine work.

send the K27 to everygreen and let him do his mods on it to reduce turbo lag if it has not already been done

Cross drilling is really essential on the 76.4mm stroke crankshafts for sustained high RPM operation.
It is much less critical on the 74.4mm stroke 3.2/3.3 cranks.

Welcome. What year 930 ? Post up some pics.
It’s not really possible to answer you question regarding HP/torque. There’s to many unknowns.
What ignition system are you going to be running ?
EFI or CIS ? If CIS is it USA, Euro or modified ? Adjustable WUR ?
Are the ported heads the original 930 heads or ? What were they ported to ?
Stock or AM exhaust ?
Which innercooler ?
That said, it sounds like a nice motor. Personally, I think 375-450 HP is the sweet spot for our cars.
Which shouldn’t be a problem for you.
It sounds like the heavy lifting has already been done. I’d get it back together and if you want to make changes, do so by upgrading the turbo, innercooler if needed etc.
