Forgive me please?
Sorry sorry this is a question for guys who’s had a later model Audi A4/a5. What’s this? It’s coming from the lower front suspension bushing. I quickly dropped the suspension onto a jack stand and it squeezed onto the ground am I going to need new bushings?

Thanks.
After watching a few videos on the subject and not seeing any mention of liquid/hydrolic damping I just have to assume it is hydrolic bushings and that I need to replace. I also assume I may have placed a jack stand under the rear lower arm and maybe that wasn’t a good place. Or maybe it just was deteriorated to the point it was ready to break. Whatever. Again sorry this post isn’t where it should be but there isn’t any lurkers over there. I’m not A member on any Audi forums. Any suggestions is welcome thanks.

Years ago I had a BMW 540 that had similar fluid-filled suspension bushings. When they broke, I ended up replacing them with aftermarket solid bushings. Did not seem to make the ride any harsher.

Ya my cars worse now so it’s time to replace. Looks like another fun job.
