afr guage placement

Where are you guys with afr guages, installing them in the cockpit I would like to put mine in the center console somehow, but there is too much junk in there already. central locking and ac controls.

Do you have pics of this? I'd like to see this setup...

I also am installing a fuel pressure gauge for added safety since I have aftermarket fuel pumps

I have an innovate WB system and gauge. I made a small aluminum bracket that is double stick taped(auto trim stuff) to the steering column so that I can see it while on boost.

Those are some sweet setups! Thanks for the pics.

I tried it on my steering wheel colum but it was to low and to close to me . I can hardly read the gauges so it easier to see the gauges higher and to the side. I am also 6'4" .

It took a little work, but I was able to mount mine in the ashtray...

Mine is a fairly inexpensive (~$400) WMS. I am currently doing a CIS to M48 conversion and don't know if this will work with the new setup, so I may have to get rid of it.

But regardless, it is small enough to fit into the slot at the bottom of the center console.

I cut a new panel out of aluminum and removed the central locking button ( I found that I never used it...so I wouldn't miss it) I put the AFR gauge where my clock used to be.

I have a small digital guage mounted on a bracket just below the speedo. Easy to see. I also have toggle switch mounted to switch the display between the left bank and right bank of cylinders (on a NA motor mind you)

cheers

I take it you just screwed the bracket into the pillar?

Definitely funtional but I want a more factory look like the molded pods offer...possibly covered in leather.
