turbo spark plugs
Can anyone comment on these plugs and let me know if it looks normal for a turbo or do I have a problem:

They look a bit black to me.. but maybe I am seeing more than is really there..

Ouch Fred, that bottom one looks pretty nasty. That plug does not look to be functioning.

Too cold a plug. Add to that maybe a little oil getting past the valve guides and some blowby on the rings.
I'd go to a 4 heat range plug and check it again. A leakdown test might help pinpoint if there are other problems.

The first two pics looked pretty much like mine. Black and sooted. Which is normal. The last pic looks pretty rough to me too.
