3.3 re-build question

My 89 930 is starting to use oil, time for a rebuild, any suggestions on up-grading from stock to increase H.P.. Such as pistons, head work, etc., I don't want to put this in a race catagory, just increase H.P. to around 400 to 450. Thanks
