pics of stock engine?

I put on a k27, bb exhaust, and a small round aircleaner today. It has been a few days since I took everything apart though. I thought on the passenger side of the intercooler was a spacer and long bolt or some bracket. Anyone got a picture of what it is supposed to look like there?

I don't have a picture handy but the passenger's side of the intercooler attaches just south of the throttle body. There is a long bolt with a sleave and a rubber gromet with washers on both sides that the intercooler bolts to. The driver's side has a similar arrangement with the attachment point being on the BOV housing, also with a rubber gromet and washers.

Ok here is what I am dealing with:
this is the driver side. I think it is on correct.

Passenger Side:

They Extra Parts-I thought these were used to bolt down the passenger side but don't see how it can now.

Be aware that the "small round aircleaner", could effect your performance by limiting the airflow to your engine. Try it with and without the aircleaner to test it's volume. FYI.

you were right it was choking the engine out, had to get a bigger one

Just an echo; the turbo cars when under boost suck in so much air you would not even believe it; the stock air cleaner does a great job but in reality the cover on the right side of the filter needs to have a larger opening. I found this out after replacing the stock exhaust with headers which caused me to change the turbo sump tank. Then engine while boosting, will try to pull air anywhere that shows the path of least resistance; this includes sucking gobs of oil from the turbo sump tank vent, if it cannot get air thru the air-cleaner quick enough. I ultimately had to restrict the opening size of the turbo vent tube that runs up to the air cleaner to try and combat the not-enough-air-quick-enough syndrome. Remember too that the crankcase needs to breathe properly.
