going rate for 930 motor
We may have a 79 930 motor for sale. Fresh topend, new tensioners, good aftermarket intercooler. Whats the market value?
Thanks

Its hard to say. Values are all over the place. I would say 4-5k for a decent core. add to that for the top end rebuild. Compression and Leak down numbers are a must for an engine sale.

$10,000 - $12,000 depending on aftermarket goodies, leakdown, compression numbers IMHO

I think 10-12 sounds more realistic, It will have new rings, heads done etc.
