Yeah, hehe, not many people know about rotor direction.

Brakes are 993NA fronts and the 930 fronts put on the rear, it feels good with this set up but i have a full set of Big-Reds to go on, just need to decide/find the the right wheels to accomodate.
If anyone hasn't seen a stock body'd 930 doing around 190mph check out Ray Williams setting the NZ land speed record, this is the 1995 run where he managed about the same speed as me, he did it again in 1996 with some more power and aero mods and managed 196.7mph, on a narrow back road, IN THE WET!!! Man has balls of steel :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N6_OuZvgti0&feature=related Here's the 1996 footage http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ll-2l-zu0f0&feature=related |
He wasn't running Rebel Racing RSR coil over though, sorry for the OT

If it's a Porsche shop (or any shop for that matter), they should know about the rotor direction just by looking at the swept direction of the holes. I hope Mike got his money back.
Of course I did find a set of brake pads installed backwards on the front of an 87 Nissan truck I had... Quote:
