New boost safety switch from our host installed last night. Test drive today, car ran perfect boost sensor and gage in tach gave fairly accurate stable readings through the power band in all gears as well.
Problem solved! it's bazaar that the sensor/ tach boost gage was acting erratically as the switch was failing, in fact the sensor/ tach boost gage was flopping around prior to the switch cutting the fuel pumps. as far as I can tell the switch was tripping cutting the fuel at .3-.4 Bar I have the Koklien IC both the sensor and the switch are next to each other mounted in the IC upside down, unlike the stock instillation. Hope this thread helps someone in the future. Thanks Boost Junkies for the help on diagnosis of this problem.
