Install cruise control
Most may think this is not necessary on a 930 but I think for long freeway drive it would be nice to have. Has anyone installed an aftermarket one such as this one?

yep
My 930 is not the vehicle we use for crusing, but my 1975 911s with a 3.0 transplant is a candidate for a cruise unit.
The posted reviews appear to indicate some install issues, but once installed works great. I would entertain this unit, if you do decide to go for it, keep us informed. Thanks, John G |

I have installed an aftermarket one such as this. It can be found at www.homedepot.com. Works great!

Do those blocks use the lightweight concrete for their construction or the regular concrete? I want to make sure I get the proper ones for ease of adjustment.

I would like to know if Porsche offered a cruise control on a turbo as an option?

I scoured my Owners Manual and I don't think that the later Turbos could be ordered with cruise control because there's no mention of it there.
