That divided turbine inducer is useful only on a equal length exhaust (headers and collector, like a RarlyL8 header or a equal length inline 4).

Here is a 935 header for a similar type turbo. Some doofus dorked up the wastegate circuit... Notice it's close to equal.

around 1988, after the rules change... Interesting, at least for me.
3 liter DOHC V6 Eletramotive ended up in Carlsbad before Nissan pulled out of the program.

I used to love watching Nissan dominate the IMSA GTP when I was a kid.

I met a guy up here in Camarillo that said here worked for Electramotive at the time. A couple of months later, he showed up with a photo album full of pics from development and the races....very cool. Next time I see him I'll see if I can scan some photos.
Back to the turbo, the turbine housing is an odd color, anybody familiar with the look of inconel? It's N.O.S. so it has not been discolored.

Thanks Dood, it's probably just a rust preventative applied to the housing. The wall thickness is pretty substaintial, so I would be suprised if it's anything more exotic than Ni-resist.
