17" Ruf wheel variances
A few ?'s about these wheels:
1. Were all Speedline RUFs cast with "Speedline" and dimensions clearly visible? 2. How did the AVUS manufactured RUFs differ? 3. Was each wheel's production year/month cast into the backsides? 4. Is one of these a "denloc" wheel? 5. If not, how would a denloc wheel appear and can a conventional tire be mounted to it? ![]() Thanks!! |

The Speedline wheels were cast with the insignia and the dimensions, I believe any wheel can accept the Denloc tire, Corvettes had them as well as my AC Schnitzer M6 back in 89.

Thanks! Can a Denloc wheel accept a non-Denloc tire?

Yes, without exception.

I have the Denloc wheels and use normal tires, no problems at all. Here's a better shot of the two types next to each other.
