Fuel nozzle flow test 930-78-3,3
I'm going to do a flow test on the fuel nozzle, to see if the distributor head is okay, my fuel nozzle is brand new and has also been checked to be sure they were 100% okay.
 How much volume they give piece per minute, with flow sheet fully depressed Regards John |

I don't know what research or knowledge you have regarding this, but there are a couple of test that should be performed prior to doing this one. I have done most of them. I am a rookie in this game, but made it - I think. You can read this thread to get an idea of how to go about it. Please read the threads by Thierry and Stup. They are way ahead of me. Hi
Remember, as I mentioned there are a cuople of test to perform before doing the injector test. One of them is checking the fuel delivery for the control pressure circuit. I don't remember all these tests, but Once you Have done them. I think what you want to check is the " crack" pressure ie the pressure at which the injectors open. Then the spray pattern and very important that the injectors deliver The same amount. This was a brief iPhone answer... |

Fuel pump total flow 1.1 litres/30 seconds - both pumps going.
