Prior to do the injector flowing test, you have to make the pumps flowing test and to check the sytem pressure. (according the Porsche procedure)

In the mean time, it would be a good idea to check the WUR fonctionning. In this way, you have to measure the cold & warm control pressure. You have also to verify the enrichment triggering ( CP should decrease about 1.2 bar while you apply 1.3 bar( absolute pressure) on the boost line. ( here also, these verification are made according the Porsche workshop procedure )

To be back on injectors, sincerely, I suggest you to install 6 new injectors. ( As Brian said, these parts start to become old ) .

Then, having the new injector, I would check each flowed volume. If the flowed vol per injector exceed 2% difference. I would adjust concerned flow with the concerned screw on the head. (attention, this screw adjustment is very sensitive... )

Good luck !

Hi Thierry, Next time I'll use capped bottles like you did

I realize I should maybe have tied this thread to my "Help my 930 wont start" thread, this way you would all have known what the starting point was.

Before doing this test I have checked system pressure. It checked out good.
I have a brand new BL WUR, made for my engine. I have checked Cold CP it needed only a little adjustment and is within specs..
Warm CP is also checked and is within specs.

The only thing I haven't checked is the boost enrichment. I do not have the equipment for this, but my BL WUR is made to my specifications. Feedback from fellow Pelicans gived me the impression that Leask knows his stuff.
If I get a chance I will have this test done. There is nothing that beats knowing for a fact.

About the injectors, They look pretty new, and this engine doesn't have too many miles on it since the last rebuild.
I have a couple of bigger projects lined up in the future.
1. Paint job
2. Rarly headers etc.
3. top end rebuild before I go home (maybe).

On top of this I have my Carrera 3.0 just sitting in pieces.

Money money money. I would love to just put on new parts, but if the injectors are within spec. This is not the time to spend money on these.

Thank you very much for your feedback, I learn a lot from this.
