Wastegate?? 930 3,3 -78
Hello. when I blow air oo-o.5 bar in the control line on the wastegate blows air out of vent pipes. must it? or is my Waste Gate Diaphragm leaking?

Hello. I have now separated wastegate and have doubts about washers di / sims should be there. or they have been retrofitted?

Shims need to be there so spring doesn't wear into aluminum.

If it leaks constantly or doesn't hold pressure, you're right = leaking. And that is most probably what it is.
But, if it holds pressure, even at a low level, and then discharges it could be a worn out spring. So, when rebuilding the diaphram get a new spring JIC. |

Hello again. just one last question. the veil / sloop in the shaft / bushing, how much needs to be and should I lubricate it with copper grease

I am not sure but it should be along the lines of if you can feel it then there is too much slop, I would take it to a machine shop and check the runout and then press in a new guide and ream/fit it.
