How to muffle/baffle the WG dump pipe for track usage

Can't find any solutions over quick net search and can't use any of the baffles I have for my bike.

Hopefully some sort of bolt on light weight baffle has been designed for this I just can't find any?

A small muffler would do as well but those seem to be unobtanium aswell?

I would drop an email to Brian (RarelyL8) and see if he could make you one.

Dirt bike muffler from a 125 or smaller 4 stroke? Larger displacement mower muffler like something that is in a ExMark commercial mower.

Neither are going to be super pretty, but should work well. Also an older supertrap would work and you can add/remove the baffle plates at will to change the db level.

I have the parts to do this but the project was still-born as I figured not many would be interested in such a thing.
You can use the stock waste gate muffler of course, they are offered for sale here occasionally.

Maybe you could rig up an inexpensive baffle for those who need to have 95db on some tracks?

Thats the way I'm thinking of doing this. I hope to find a MC baffle the same size but no luck so far.

Maybe something like this

That's what the project was for, low noise level tracks such as CA and Europe. We're working on a quiet muffler for that application as well.
Yes for now you might use a baffle such as those.

I will tell you something that is free.
Find out where the sound microphone is positioned on the track and lift the throttle when driving past it. This will momentarily drop boost and the wastegate will be closed.
Be careful they dont move it around to different parts of the track during the weekend, I have seen this done to discourage the idea I am offering.
You could also try directing the outlet pipe downtoward the ground to reduce the noise reaching the microphone.

That db_meter place is in a tower that is relative close to 1/3 of the whole track so it's a little difficult task. The track is also in a small city so it's mandatory to get the noise level down. There are groups that try to shut the whole track down.
