New to the forum

Hi Gents. I have started restoring my 79 930 body back to original. A few pics here from the day before I started stripping it back. Look forward to learning more off you about these great cars. This is my second 930 and I have no plans on ever selling this one. I am removing the fins in the rear gaurds and extended rocker panels. I will post some more pics when finished or along the way. Engine is a 3.4, k27,ported heads, sc cams ect, mild by the standard set on this forum. Vas.

Love that silver, and what looks to be H1's.

And I kinda dig the side strakes / boxed rockers, sometimes I don't but it does look good there!

Welcome, looking forward to updates.

RHD... where you located?

ps. Quagmire *rules*!!! GIGGITTY!!! 8-)

Looks great now, why change it? Those vents were an option alone without the slope nose.

Lincoln. Thanks mate, I have been following your rebuild, hope it turns out well. Its in good hands.
Brian, its just a personal thing. I have always liked them looking stock with plenty of power. I
will need to talk to you in a month or two about a new exhaust. Hope you like it when its done.

Oh my, very jealous of the new paint... They look so nice in the booth.

As far as the thread, I would love to see the details of one of our own in the turbo forum. Keep the pics and details coming!
