How accurate is stock boost gauge/sensor
How accurate is the stock boost gauge?
Mine is showing boost of 0.9bar in temps of around 45F I just had a new pressure sensor installed - maybe that is the culprit? Prior to that it showed around 0.7 bar which I think is more normal? any info appreciated Ben PS I believe engine is stock

I have the stock gauge and I also have an aftermarket gauge in the clock location. Both gauges indicate peak (.9) bar pressures accurately. Not so sure off peak is the same.

Thanks- I thought a stock WG spring only took the turbo pressure to 0.7 bar?
Ben

will cold weather take the boost past the normal 0.8bar as she definately went to 0.9bar indicated!
Should I worry? Or just continue to monitor thanks Ben
