Dual out valance measurement.

Can someone please measure a dual for me. I would like the measurement (length) for the top and bottom. I'm about to cut a valance and would like to be sure (muffler not on car yet) Mine is a borla twin exit both sides.
Also, is there something i could use to clean this thing up ??

can't help on the dimension but i bet if you get a wire brush wheel that goes on the end of a electric drill and hit it with that it will polish that up nice. or go to a metal polisher and have them buff it

save your factory valace and cut up another one. I may have a 930 valance w/o the heat shield i may want to sell that could be cut to a dual out.

My advise is to wait until the muffler is mounted before cutting as every muffler/tip configuration is different to some extent . . .

Ronnie, good point it's just that i want to paint it before i drive 2 hours to mount it (have to make brackets). It would be nice to be ready.

I like your muffler. I just got one [Borla with dual outs] from another Pelicanite. Should be here next week [from Canada].

I, too, will need another valence and will have to cut it for dual out. Let me know what you come up with - - thanks!

man i got screwed.i finally looked at the valance i bought is already cut for a dual out and i wanted an uncut single out. anyone need this thing? i need a single out.

Well, this is what i got 41.5 " top end 37.5 on the botton of the valance (tape across the outside) for a duel out (borla).

PS. It's not easy to get this exhaust to look right.... but mine was quite twisted when i got it.
