I was hoping it was my issue, but mine idles low for 10 min or so. So this cant be it.
Is there something on these cars that controls idle for 10 min (cold), that tends to go?
Or is it just the WUR.
TTS....thermo time switch. Depending on engine temperature (cold) it will allow more or less time after it closes it's internal circuits, thus sending power to your cold start injector for that period of time. Once it heats up, the circuit opens and the power to the CSI is broken.
Cold engine temperature plus an internal powered heating element are the players. The things usually don't stay active for much over 10 seconds or less, all designed to power your cold start injector for just long enough to start and keep your car running for the first few seconds.
