Thanks yet again rarlyl8
Many thanks to Brian Bodart. I have purchased parts from him in the past for my 84 euro 930 and everything has been outstanding. Yesterday, I found myself looking desperately for a KOKELN turbo to replace a badly leaking KOKELN in a 91 cabrio with a 930 engine in it. I needed this fast as Im moving to AZ in less than a week. My first and only call was to Brian. He had one Kokeln in stock! I need it by friday and he overnighted it along with the correct oil line and fittings plus will save me some $$ as Im sending him the old kokeln plus my og 3ldz from the 930 as cores.
The guy answers every stupid question I ask when I email and even if it has nothing to do with anything I purchased from him. I could not be more grateful. The 91 cabrio turbo will be ready by monday/ tuesday and the moving company comes on wednesday to take the cars. Outstanding! Thanks again Brian.

Appreciate the kudos Nader but this bit of luck was really just that, luck. I bought that Kokeln turbo a long time ago when I had aspirations of comparing all the turbos on the market made for our cars. Well I quickly figured out that idea wasn't going to fit in well with my 80+ hour workweek. The Kokeln's going to be a lot more useful to you now than to me so glad I could help out.

I love my kokeln turbo, but have no comparison to anything but a 3ldz. Works great with Brian's muffler
 , but you don't hear much of the turbo whirr compared to other turbos.

That is cool. I have always wanted an old bug. There is a guy that drives around Phoenix in a nicely restored bug with a surf board strapped to the top.
