That is quite the deal, but ads that say "only needs one relatively inexpensive thing fixed to be perfect" usually make me run away!

I was just checking that one out. The interior looks like it has been sitting a while. Smyrna is right up the street from me if anyone wants me to do some recon.

If I had the cash I'd be having a grand argument with my wife about now...

Good deal for a project. Plan on 15-20k and it will be perfect, you can get 35k all day long at that point.
