    Hej.

    Hi,
I've just been reading your post '79 930 - G50 conversion... I am about to do a very similar thing I have a stock '79 - which is going to be backdated to an '72 ST and a '92 RS engine and gearbox (G50) - I have been looking into the torsion bar / bell house shortening and after reading your post, think I'm going to go the bell housing route...

In your post you mention needing the bell housing and main shaft shortened - are these the only mods needed to make it fit? - I see you also bought a few other bits - are they also necessary?

Also, you said 29mm is the max you can remove from the bell housing - how much did you have taken off - and did it fit ok? - Did you cut the main shaft by the same amount?

    Many thanks, Adam

    totle,

In case you still need SC cams, I have a pair in good condition that I don't need anymore. How about $60 shipped to Miami? Please send reply to atd911@hotmail.com and will forward some pictures. Thanks.
