colder days - heat discussion
There was some discussion in another thread so I thought to start a thread around this topic.
Found this nice little thing on ebay Since our cars does not have water, could this heater be connected to the oil system? Would the oil be too thick to pass through the radiator ? If so, a shroud around front/fender mounted oil cooler could be the solution ?

The best heater solution; what I typically do is park her for the winter in the heated garage once the weather gets cold. Simple solution. My definition of 'cold' is some point after the first snow fall. Although my heater works OK - and I've never been cold while driving - it seems that road conditions trump cabin comfort before I have to worry about rosy red cheeks and fogging up the windshield.
All the more power to you dudes that drive year round....I have other machines much more tuned in to the cold weather thing. Besides, absence makes the heart grow fonder and by the spring thaw I'm Jonesing to grab some boost!
