2013 – Air Cooled 930/911 Turbo Calendar

Update 11/28/2012

Air Cooled 930/911 Turbo - 2013 Calendars Ready for Order!!

You do not order direct from me but through lulu.com. This requires registering with lulu.com (if you never ordered from them before) which is easy and simple. Order info is shown below.

Bad news is the printer company increased the cost for each calendar by $5 so there's a big jump in price of each calendar compared to previous years.

Below are the preview photos for the Air Cooled 930/911 Turbo - 2013 calendar. You can review larger photos on lulu.com when you pick "Preview".

Order info for Air Cooled 930/911 Turbo - 2013 calendars:

Price: $22.00 (Shipping not included so don't waste your money on expedited or express shipping. Also, there may be some coupons somewhere online for lulu.com calendars that comes up once in a while.)

Size: 11" x 8.5" (11" x 17" unfolded/hung)

Buy: Air Cooled 930/911 Turbo - 2013 Calendars

Preview photos:

Cover:

Jan-June 2013

July-Dec 2013

Thanks to all who submitted the photos. There were a few really nice photos I could not use since they did not meet the requirements noted before. Nevertheless, I think the chosen photos came out nice.

Please let me know how you like it.

Thanks.

Comments added 10/12/2012

There's a few pics here that cannot be used due to it's size. The problem is that the ends of the car gets clipped when formatting the picture for a calendar. See below as an example. The area shown in red is what it looks like when formatting.

================

It’s this time of the year to start posting photos of your air cooled turbo 911’s for “Air Cooled 930/911 Turbo – 2013” calendars! My plan is to have the calendars on sale by the end of November. So, the cutoff date for photos submitted is November 15th, 2012.

Minimum photo size/resolution is 1600 x 1200. Keep in mind that the higher the resolution the better!

The photos will be cropped to fit the photos onto the calendar. So, leave enough room on both sides of the car to allow for cropping.

Photos have to be work/family friendly so no girly pics! Also, no plagiarized photos allowed.

Oh, one more thing…I’m thinking about placing specific model & year (along with any additional brief info you want to share) of each car at the bottom of the photos within the calendar. So, will you provide these info when you post photos here and submit to me?

Send photos and info to me at the following addy in signature.

Got to get the gray slant in there; I'll take some good pictures and send.
Thanks for the efforts by the way, I've purchased several and have them in my office, shop, and gave a few away.

That's a real nice shot! But the pic is too wide or not tall enough. To fit onto the calendar the car's end will get clipped.

There were several repeats of same car but different shots or settings before so you're not ruled out!

I remember I tried to work with the 1st pic before with no success. The front or rear of car gets clipped. The 2nd pic is cool!
