Is there a computer that automatically keeps AFRs ideal, regardless of pedal/rpms?

Mega squirts Auto Tune works amazingly well. it gets the car really close where it needs to be after you set the parameters for it. sometimes its perfect, other times I just tweak it a hair. the tricky part as drmatera said, is ignition timing. and trying to get the most under WOT without knocking. BTW, Big thanks to drmatera and xbmwguy for helping me get D-Zug's first MSII tuned 930 going!
