The parts you have listed will give vastly different results.
Turbo - choose how you want the power curve and how much power.
Intercooler - TK for long neck, I have a new design short neck ready to release.
WG - add 1bar spring to OEM or go TiAL.
Exhaust - you want bling or performance?
Elephant Racing has the suspension covered.

I went with a K27/7200, but now with other mods to my car I will probably go GT35 if/when I have to touch the turbo again.

I don't know that I would spend any $ on an aftermarket intake kit. I don't think its worth anything from a performance perspective. If you really want to ditch the stock airbox for improved access, buy an appropriately sized "Mr. Gasket" aircleaner from Summit Racing and pop it on top of the AFM, deal with the ancillary plumbing issues that result...done! IMHO this is the way to do it if you want to go that route.

Me, I like the stock airbox and still use it. Its not that big of a deal to remove. In the many threads on CIS, there have been discussion about modifying the metering plate to improve high rpm fueling, and devices that were supposed to do this. In one of these threads, there has been some speculation that the little cone inside of the stock airbox that sits above the metering plate was purpose-designed to manage airflow across the metering plate and plays a role in the fueling. HTH should I know whether this is true or not, but its plausible. In any case, the stock box is a nicely manufactured piece of OE metal, and it will stay in my car until/unless I convert to EFI.

Hi guys

I am close to start the job en my car....

I am planning to use:

* Shortneck Intercooler
* K27 Hybrid
* Headers
* Muffler
* 0.9 Bar spring on WG

I want to be sure If I need to go with the WUR to make adjustments, as my upgraded configuration so far?

SC Cams, But it comes again, If I add the SC cams to my configuration, Do I need to go with WUR o any modification? valve springs or height?

Thanks a lot for your help!!!

I would go long neck intercooler. My reasoning was i couldn't stand that gigantic intermediate BOV manifold cluttering up the engine. That alone was good enough for me. JMHO

Just my opinion,
1) Definitely go with the GT-35, or any ball bearing turbo over KKK. the response is much better and they flow more air at the same pressure...more power at the same boost level.

2)the Stock intake does a good job, drop in a K&N if you really want to, save some money here.

3)I'd go with the turbokraft intercooler here. Chris makes a quality product!

4)if your wastegate works fine, stick with it theres no gains with a tial if everything is in working order.

5)I'd Use Rarlyl8's stuff here. great quality, sound, and hp gains. The other systems you mentioned won't flow, or sound as well. been there done that.

6) I would add 993 air deflectors at least to the a arms, if not a brake ducting kit. keep em cool!

7) I use rebel racing here but everyone has their own style on how they want their car to handle.

Cheers
Pete

As far as your wastegate, I can comment on this.
I can modify your stock OEM wastegate to make it adjustable mechanically without the use of electronic boost controllers and plumbing changes.

Provided you supply a OEM wastegate in good working order, I can make it adjustable over a certain range depending upon the spring provided. If you send it with a 1.0bar spring I can send back a wastegate that should span 0.8 to 1.1 bar or if you send it with a 0.7bar spring the range would be roughly 0.5 to 0.8bar.
PM me if you are interested in talking about it.

I have a k27S turbo in my 3.4 liter with SC cams and it works fine. Minimal lag and very linear power delivery.

Fred
