Info on 930 at The Auto Gallery
Car is listed on ebay:
Anyone know this car? I inquired about it and it was bare-metal resprayed. Front seats re-upholstered. Other than that, no records on anything and no records on the work done. Obviously, they want top dollar for the car due to mileage but if anyone knows this car or has seen it and has anything to add please do. |

Ummm, new paint & interior w/26K mi. and no documentation. I'd want an independent ppi to get some idea of the actual miles. Call me skeptical.

That isn't the original speedometer. They didn't go up to 180.

The car is not sold. What is something like this thing worth? I mean RAC had a similar car with paint and new interior that sold in the low $40's although that one had some issues. These cars are tough!

+1 on this. No reason to not have any documentation at that low of miles............ Just don't seem right but hey that's just my $0.02.

Like I said, I'd get a thorough PPI to see what condition the motor & trans are in. A good shop should be able to go over the car and give you an idea of what the mileage is. Then start docking any issues off their asking price. The motor (as in rebuild)is the most expensive part of these cars.
Unfortunately (if your buying) the turbo market is kind of hot now, so I'm sure some of these dealers are getting some pretty high prices from uninformed buyers. If they won't agree to a independent PPI, I'd walk away.

TRE isn't too far away in Van Nuys for a PPI...
