wur 3.0-3.3 compatability

I just got me a blrur and my 3.0 wur has two vacuum ports. One on the side like the 3.3 wur and one on top that is a dummy port on the 3.3. If I just install the blwur and plug the hose that went to the top bung, will it be fine? I guess it will but never thought of this till it came up in my install.

Isn't that top port just for venting to atmospheric pressure, so the interal diaphram will function correctly? Where does that hose lead to, if you were to just plug it?

That vent has to be open.
You can get pre molded little hoses that angle to the side or down. Or you can put a regular vacuum or fuel line on it and leave the end angled down so water doesn't get in when it rains or the car is washed.

Thanks.
Let me know your thoughts in these symptoms in seeing?
I have high afr on cruise, and normal afr at idle, or vise versa. Normalish afr cruise and rich afr idle(11.3.1)
I always get safe boost afr's.
My thoughts are that my single fuel pump (044) isn't providing the right pressures?
My new blwur is acting exactly the same. No real change. I know I can adjust it, but is there something inherently wrong I'm missing?
