930. is 9 inch flare?

Hello guys,
I just want to hear about the front fender on a 930-79. is 9 inch flare?

9 and 11 isn't as much a measurement as a nomenclature. They're known as 9 and 11 inch flares.
There is a measurement with regard to adding flares and where to place the weld on flare relative to the existing fender in a thread somewhere on this site. I'll try and find that if that's what you need?

I concur with quattro.

These specs refer to the wheel width which practically fits within the wheel well/flare. Many moons ago there was a thread on this topic comparing 7", 9", 11", 13" flares ( though slightly wider wheels fit, it's done with tight margins). I've been down this road and put 8s and 10s under carrera flares, 10s and 12.5" under 930 flares, and 11 and 13" under RSR flares. Some were very tight.

Does this mean the 930's front 9 inch flare can accommodate a 9 inch wide wheel by design. Or would fender rolling and other measures be necessary.
