More CNC Fun - Fuel Rails

As I'm collecting parts for my EFI project, I decided to make some fuel rails.
I know that the stock rails are fine....I'm just having fun.
The raw rails are -8 and will use a -8 port fitting for -6 lines.
In the end, I determined that I need to try again as the injectors were much too tight in the bore and I had a hell of a time with the stainless steel brackets.
I have a bunch of laser cutting that I need done, so, I might just add a few brackets to the job.

Those look great.

You should make another set and send them to me for long term testing!

Thanks guys, I guess I'll have "several" brackets cut!

I do have a question...I milled the injector pocket with a 13.5mm end mill and can only get 1/2 of the injectors to go into the bore. Yes, there is a chamfer. Is it possible that the old injector seals just aren't compressing enough and keeping the injector from inserting?

I think the OEM fuel rail injector pockets are tapered, not square.

This states 14mm. I'll buy you one of these if you make me a set.

Since I was going to need injectors anyway, I ordered some 60# Deka and they were a perfect fit. I guess the old O-rings were just not soft enough.
To those that wanted to test them....I made an extra pair. Beware that these were designed for the Carrera intake!

I'm up for a set if you end up producing these.
