Vacuum hose
Anybody know the size of this vacuum hose? Loosened and tightened several times to adjust WUR and it's not looking sturdy. Need to replace.
![]() Also, I was searching on how to perform a vacuum leak test (pressure or smoke test) and I didn't find much in the 930 forum. But i did find quite a few in the 911 technical forum for 911s but not 930. Anyone tried this successfully? Any recommendations? Things to avoid? Thanks |

I'm not sure, but I'll make a call and find out for you, I also recommend using a 6 inch long piece of hose and loop it so that you can remove the WUR for easy adjustment.

Pelican sells that size fabric wrapped vacuum line. It's the smallest stuff they have and I think the inner diameter is around 2 or 3mm. They used to sell it in precut 3 foot lengths or by the foot.
I've bought rubber vacuum line, windheild washer line, and carburator fuel line locally at a NAPA store that has small inside diameter that fits those skinny throttle body and vacuum solenoid fittings too. |

I've got black rubber auto vac hose on mine - in a loop about 2" diameter. Makes life a lot easier. The ID is 4mm.
