Andial ignition Module thingy??? Can someone identify?

I Received this in a box of parts 8 years ago and finally started to do a clean up. Can anyone tell me what this might be used for? It has a rotary dial at the bottom. All the wires have ends or plugs and none seem to have been cut.

And secondly, whats it worth?

thanks for reading.....

Dario

Not certain exactly what you have there but as to its value, here's what one guy thought ...

That is an Andial fuel enrichment system. If it works it's worth a few bucks.

Worked for me too, when I had one. Worth a couple C notes or so.

Still have them on old school modded 930's. They all have many miles with this system with boost @ 1.0 bar. Good mod back then if installed right with complimentary upgrades.. Andial brand is now owned by Porsche. Does it include the pieces that are to be installed on the WUR and installation instructions ?

Have an Andial installed on my car. The so called dial of death is mounted on the center console, very clean. It has 5 clicks on the dial. Played with it some, but pretty much leave it alone. According to paperwork, was $650.00 in 2002 plus installation.

The so called "dial of death is a manual boost controller". The dial with the five clicks that you mention is not that. The dial with the five clicks iirc adjust how much enrichment you want.
