Crap.

It sounds stupid, but I just drove through a nasty storm and went through some deep puddles. Now it sounds as if the car is "missing" and running like a dog. Please tell me that this is something quick and simple or if I should take it in... Thanks!

That is the thing with wires coming out the top and they go to the spark plugs.

If you can make certain to remove all moisture through wiping, you should be fine. That said, the "WD" in WD-40 stands for "Water Displacement" for a reason.

I always thought that WD stood for something like "wild dolphins", since one of it's components is fish oil. Also a good source of Omega 3; sprayed on toast in the morning, nothing better.

But it does also work to displace H2O. And oh....about mud puddles....they can be raging rivers. Apparently that's how most people drown in flood situations, and I'm not just talking your car. Since she's been rode hard and put up wet, just dry her out and all will be well.

Simply too many nooks and crannies. WD40 will repel water for the near future after applying too so it doesn't happen again.

IIRC, and the 40th revision of the chemistry.

Thanks guys. I did (shortly after posting) figure out "dizzy"!

I just received my TiAL waste gate and will be taking it in tomorrow for install along with a new seatbelt and heater cable.

The car seems to be running okay, but not great; it's as if it's being held back and not going at 100%. Any thoughts on that?

A picture on it's way to be uploaded to POTD thread.

Thanks again!
