Rarlyl8 headers f/s heat duct wtb

I recently bought Norm's Rarlyl8 930 headers w/o heat. I'm converting to Carrera heads and I'm going to be port matching my B&B headers to fit. Sadly, I wont get to use Brian's but perhaps someone here can. I'm asking the same as Norm $1850 Shoot me a pm

Also, I'm hoping to find the plastic heat duct that fits between the cooling fan and the shroud on the pas. side ?
I had one that I promised to Norm but I cant find it. I'm sure it'll turn up as soon as he gets one

Dayumn, those bisches are getting treated like the Vietnamese honeys that Norm has spoken so fondly of! One can only image what they've been through! DNA testing is likely in order!!!

What is the difference between R8 and BB header on the head flange? I also machined my carrera heads for BB.

The primaries we use for stock 930 heads have gasket protectors. If you want to match Carrera exhaust ports the protectors will be lost. The 1.5" 930 primaries are also sized for the 930 port, we have 1.63" primaries that are sized for the Carrera port. These have no gasket protectors so you can port match from 39mm-42mm or so. Unlike other brands, my parts are interchangeable, you can replace the 1.5" primaries with 1.63" primaries if modifying your engine.

Are you sure ? The 930 exhaust ports are much smaller than the Carrera heads. I'll have the exhaust flanges on the B&Bs opened up to match the larger 3.2 port size. Not sure how else this would be accomplished with the B&Bs

I had to machine my carrera ports to fit the bb headers so maybe my 930 heads were opened up on both ex an in sides. Intake was iirc 36 or 38mm. So my bb headers are not 930 or carrera but some bigger spec as they also have gasket protectors that go in side the head.
