I sent mine to Durabilt. Others here have too with no complaints that I am aware of.

I picked up a K27 7200 on Ebay completely rebuilt from a user up in Bradley, IL Claimed to be VSR balanced, etc, or whatever. I assumed it came from someone that worked at Durabilt, and might have been doing rebuilds on the side. Also had some kind of compressor upgrade, similar to a Hi-flow. Paid like $450 for it. It is going strong!

Charlie Brown at Evergreen did my K27-7200 refresh and upgrade recently. He was highly recommended and his service was very prompt and helpful. I haven't driven the car to expience the results yet but i'm confident I wont be disappointed. Don't go for a stock rebuild, if youre spending the money you can get more bang for your buck. Highly knowledgable and experienced an all brands. If you have a K-series turbo, there's no one else you should be sending it to.
