930 boost loss

I have recently purchased a 1986 Porsche 930 it's visually in very good shape with certified 56,000 klms. The car seems to have a battery drain which I've read on other
Posts how to deal with. The car was producing 1 bar boost apparently the spring has been changed and a larger turbo off the 964 model. Upon the car going flat the car not produces no more than .6 bar. This maybe not related to the battery but whats your thoughts to diagnose this problem.

1st step, replace all O rings and seals for the charge pipe, intercooler, and throttle body.

Seals and O-rings typically fail immediately with no slow degradation of function. Off boost the engine runs fine, on boost the seal or O-ring moves allowing a leak.

make sure the IC is bolted down properly and does not move. that boost will blow an IC off.
