What sizes are these bolts?

I want to replace them with new zinc coated. I need to know the sizes or their M number.

The bolts I知 concerned with at this point are the ones that secure the intercooler to the engine. But if there is master list or a schematic for all the bolts I would greatly appreciate this.

I think most are M8, not sure of the length, you need to remove them and measure. Try this place:

If you mean the two bolts holding the hood latch on I think they are 6mm diameter by 1mm thread pitch and 8.8 hardness. 8mm is the same as 5/16" and they are not that thick.
From memory, they are about an inch long or somewhere around 24mm.
Best to measure them and go to a hardware store and buy them with yellow zinc plating or buy them from Pelican.

With the direction you are headed with your car you should just buy these two kits. They will save you a bunch of money and time.

Metric Yellow Zinc Bolts

Yellow Zinc Socket head

I have PDF's of a lot of various years, PM me with your email and I'll shoot them over to you. Super helpful to have on hand for things just like this.

Got my bolts washers and nuts from fastenal today. I would recommend them to anyone needing porsche yellow zinc bolts. Best of all they are very reasonable. Heck they have a indianapolis hub so the shipping was free to my local fastenal store. Which is like 5 miles from my house. Got my bolts in 2 days!

Also got a new coil clamp as the old one is faded.

aase sales they carry a lot of hard to find bits and pieces that have more to do with the aesthetic aspects of a restoration.
