				Speed relay questions

Hi, i have several questions about the speed relay for the lambda system.

				1. How does the speed relay receive the engine speed signal? 2. What pin connection on the relay receives the signal? 3. Does the speed relay turn the lambda control box on and then off above 3K rpm. Oh, and above 3K rpm does the enrichment relay send a dump fuel signal to the control box? Any help is much appreciated. Hope my questions are coherent. Thanks. Jim |

			RPM is pin 3

gets the signal from the CD the O2 sensor goes thru the speed rly. don't know what you mean by dump fuel. above 3k the FV goes to a default setting. I don't really want to say above 3k the mixture is "controlled" by the WUR but the mixture now is controlled by the WUR, mixture setting and the AFM

thank you, that is helpful. I did not realize the O2 signal went thru the relay to the lambda control box. My question regards "dump fuel" is...it is my impression the enrichment relay receives a signal from the throttle position sensor and the relay then somehow signals the frequency valve to go to a "full duty" cycle...or some prescribed duty cycle as long as the throttle was like half way down or more. I am being vague because I do not know specifics. I am trying to get a lambda system working and I have the impression that the enrichment relay is does not influence the lambda system. If so, then i will not be concerned with the enrichment relay.

above 3k the FV goes to a set DC, maybe 60%, then at WOT it will drop, not sure to what, I really don't mess with lambda systems so don't hold me to the specifics of %'s.

you might be better off telling us what the problem is.
