hello,
My name is Gordon and I an new to this forum. I have a 1962 356 cab which has been converted with 911 suspension and engine. I have been told the engine is from a 71 911S. I have trying to find the correct air filters for the weber carbs. Anyone have an idea on what filter to put in? ![]() |

Welcome to Pelican and the Gordon groupe.
Not sure what you mean by correct air filters. But the original single filter that came on that motor may be a better fit in your car. Many of us with Webers have K&N filters. You should post this question in the 911 tech forum. Porsche 911 Technical Forum - Pelican Parts Forums I imagine there will be a lot of interest of your car there. Please post a picture of your motor. Here is mine. ![]()

Hello and thanks for your reply. Yup. Those are the ones on my engine. Do you know the K&N part number?

The closest thing available now is K&N Watershields. Part #: PEL-PP901526
https://www.pelicanparts.com/cgi-bin/ksearch/pel_search_2016.cgi?command=DWsearch&LastVisited_input=911E&make=POR&description=watershield You may want to contact K&N for replacement elements, if that is what you need.
