Falicon crankshaft work - Any experience?
Hello all,
Does anybody have experience with Falicon to rebuild a crankshaft? I get some time ago a crankshaft that has been repaired by welding, ground STD and cross-drilled. The box it came in shows Falicon name on it, does anybody has experience with them for a 911 crank? Thanks

Tom Falicon who started that shop used to do 2 stroke triple/twin crank rebuilds for us and did a fine job on other mostly motorcycle related work, If its the shop in Clearwater Fl. I have not heard of him doing 911 cranks, for over 20 years Armando at CCR has done all my crank work from single journal repair to stroker and custom journal sizes, many shops can do the grinding and repair work but the heatreating process is as critical as any of it and has to be done, Armando is in Texas now and has always got it done properly for me.
