Rocker shaft movement!

My rockers have moved it seems I didn't install them correctly. This caused the knock on the left side. One of my rockers on the exhaust side moved out half way and the rocker was able to be crocked alittle bit. I caught it right away so what do you think did I cause any damage to any thing. And if I did what would be broken of need to be done?

the bushing on that rocker may have been damaged, but the engine really didn't run much. pull it out and have a look. if the rockers tighten up (use 18ft/lb torque, which is more than the factory spec, but necessary), and oil doesn't seep out into the dry area, you're probably ok.
